We know that many people don’t realize what their REALTORS® do for their commission. It seems like a lot of money to spend for someone to list your home on the local MLS. If that were the only thing a real estate agent does, I personally would say you’re wasting your time and money. Here at RE/MAX Sea to Sky Real Estate, we know our agents do so much more. They’re busy, they’re helpful, they represent their clients in tough negotiations. They know the complicated laws and rules related to these large transactions, and they do so much more.
