Free Whistler Real Estate Seminar

A realtor, a mortgage broker, a home inspector and a lawyer walk into a hotel….

Sounds like the set up for a great joke, doesn’t it? But on Thursday February 23rd, this unique combination of individuals will team up together to host a FREE no-obligation   information seminar covering all the facts and fallacies and offering advice about all aspects of buying real estate in the Whistler area.

Experienced RE/MAX realtor, Patrick Saintsbury, will explain what’s going on in Whistler’s unique real estate market, as well as offering tips on what to look for, and what to avoid…

Sea to Sky Mortgage’s own  Karen Garrett will guide you through the residential mortgage financing process and how to qualify for mortgage approval.

Sylvain Girard, of A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections, will teach you what to look for in a property, so that you can ensure that you purchase a quality property, to protect your investment and avoid expensive repairs once it’s “too late”.

Attorney, Ian Reith, will explain the legal aspects of purchasing real estate.

All in all, an amazing collaboration of experienced and knowledgable individuals who can enlighten buyers and remove some of the mystery and uncertainty of a very important, but overwhelming process.

And the price is RIGHT! Honestly, if you’re even entertaining the notion of one day buying a property, this event is a wise investment of your time. NO OBLIGATION, NO  PRESSURE SALES PITCHES- JUST GOOD ADVICE. You can’t go wrong with that!

This event will take place at 7 pm on Thursday February 23rd, at the Summit Lodge- 4359 Main Street in Whistler.

Because space is limited, please text or email your RSVP to Patrick Saintsbury at 604.934.9114, saintsbury@shaw.ca.

We look forward to seeing you there!
