Sled Fest in Squamish!!!!!

Anyone who drives along the Sea to Sky corridor this time of year is familiar with the sight of massive pick up trucks loaded down with snowmobiles burning down the highway to unknown backcountry locations. It seems a reasonably solitary sport- with just a few friends or a small group of riders heading off to the endless expanse of alpine playground.

Until now.

SLED FEST is here.

The first annual Sled Fest will be held on Wednesday December 28th at the Brandywine parking lot from 2 pm to 5 pm. It is a free community event, featuring demos, contests, prizes, a swap meet, bonfire and music. A great way to promote awareness and safety in one of the most popular outdoor recreation sports in the area.
